Nicki Minaj Gets Into Shouting Match W/ Joe Budden, Cuts His Mic Off & Abruptly Ends Interview: You Like Tearing Women Down That Can’t Defend Themselves!

Things went completely left during Joe Budden’s appearance on Nicki Minaj’s “Queen Radio”. Today (August 12th) the 38-year-old podcaster appeared on the 36-year-old rapper’s show and initially it appeared that the pair would attempt to iron out their differences.

Joe was joined on the show by his podcast co-hosts Rory and Mal. The beginning of the conversation was fairly light as the pair discussed Minaj’s Barbz fanbase in the past and Minaj clarifying how organic her collaboration was with Meg Thee Stallion for her “Hot Girl Summer”.

Joe had previously stated that he believed the IG Live that Meg and Nicki did was staged and part of the single’s rollout.

The conversation took a turn when the controversy surrounding Nicki and Cardi B’s involvement of the Migos’ “MotorSport” single came up.

The conversation became even more intense when Nicki called out Joe for when he accused her of possibly being on drugs and pills last summer. Joe stated,

“Your entire last album did that. Your past is littered with it. Who gives a f*ck what she pop? But don’t sit here and act like you’ve never popped a pill”.

Minaj shouted back,

“Are you that f*cking dumb? You like tearing down women when they can’t defend themselves.”

As the conversation got even more intense, Minaj instructed Joe’s mic to be cut off. After Joe was out of the room, Nicki continued the conversation with Mal and Rory.
