Cash Money OGs Birdman, Lil Wayne, and Juvenile Reunite for Single, “Ride Dat”
Is this an official Hot Boys reunion? Cash Money Records served as one of hip-hop’s elite record labels in the late 90’s and 2000’s alongside crews like Bad Boy, No Limit, and Roc-A-Fella Records. Years after members of Cash Money eventually broke off to pursue individual projects, and mend the wounds of longstanding beefs – the big three of the Hot Boys have reunited! Bryan “Birdman/Baby” Williams, Lil Wayne, and Juvenile have teamed up for a song!
The southern rap legends announced their song, “Ride Dat,” on Instagram. Juvenile commented, hilariously using a spin on the Megan Thee Stallion-coined phrase, “Hot Girl Summer:”
“@juviethegreat New Music Tomorrow on all platforms #hotboysummer @birdman @juviethegreat @liltunechi”

Birdman cemented the collaboration with this caption:
“@birdman UPTOWN LIVIIN LEGENDS #YMCMB #origina HOTBOYS new music tomorrow @liltunechi @juviethegreat @birdman #RIDETHAT @applemusic @spotify @tidal #CLEARCHANNEL @cashmoneyofficial @republicrecords #RICHGANG”
This collaboration also nods to the end of a nearly decade-long beef between Birdman and Lil Wayne, who fought tooth and nail in a legal battle over millions of dollars in unpaid royalties.
