Stacey Dash Listed As White In Alleged Booking Sheet After Domestic Violence Arrest + Her Manager Speaks Out

As if Stacey Dash getting arrested for violence couldn’t be any more interesting. Dash, who has been considered canceled in the Black community for years, appeared to be listed as White on her booking sheet. It’s not clear if it’s been photoshopped or altered, but it’s certainly making its rounds.

It was previously reported that Dash was taken into custody after a dispute with her husband, Jeffrey Marty. The two tied the knot last year.

She was charged with domestic battery Sunday (Sept. 29). Dash reportedly called the police and said her husband assaulted her.

Footage of her arrest has surfaced. When an officer asked Dash what her job is, she said she’s an actress and starred in a film called Clueless. She said she’s on a hiatus from acting and added that she indulged in politics for a little bit as a FOX News contributor.

Dash’s manager has released a statement on the incident and suggested all is well between Dash and her husband, and that she was released the day after her arrest.

“On the evening of Sunday, September 29, 2019, actress Stacey Dash and her husband had a marital dispute in their Tampa, FL suburb; Pasco County Deputies were dispatched to their residence. No charges were pressed by her husband, however, Deputies arrested Ms. Dash peacefully, as a formality. Ms. Dash’s husband appeared in court today, September 30th, on her behalf and Ms. Dash was released from the Land O’ Lakes detention facility. No further legal action is pending.”

They also cleared the air on previous reports and said,

“The marital dispute, while personal and unfortunate, has since been blown out of proportion. An earlier report on TMZ.com said her manager told TMZ that she was attacked by her husband – both the source’s relationship to Ms. Dash and the events of the evening were misrepresented.”

They added,

“Ms. Dash is a domestic abuse survivor from a previous relationship and has championed for other abuse victims to speak up. The untruthfulness being reported saddens Ms. Dash and her family – no further comments will be made and we ask that Ms. Dash and her family’s privacy will be respected.”

Dash has been quiet on social media since her arrest.
