At the end of September, Pierre shared a video of him on FaceTime with producer, Quay and JT while she was still in prison. JT says in the video,
“I said I want my beat to be like Meek Mill and Cardi B – Get Up The First day out, Tee Grizzley song.”

Since JT started her sentence, Yung Miami has held down the fort performing solo, recording music videos, and appearing at award shows.
Earlier reports stated that JT would be released from prison in March 2020, however it looks like the beloved rapper is back and ready to “get to the money.” JT has nearly served her two years after turning herself in to authorities back in July 2018. She was sentenced to prison for a felony identity theft involving alleged credit card fraud.
Welcome home JT!
