Hoda Kotb Is Engaged!

Congrats are in order for Today co-host Hoda Kotb!

She and her long-time boyfriend Joel Schiffman are engaged.

She said on the show Monday morning (Nov. 25) that they were enjoying dinner on the beach when he told her,

“be my wife.”

She added,

“He said some beautiful things.”

Whatever those beautiful things were, she said yes!

And she didn’t see the big moment coming.

“My heart has literally been pounding. I was totally shocked. He had a good
poker face.”

While the couple, who has been together for six years, told the world, they haven’t told their two daughters.

“We’re still trying to figure out that part.”

It’s been a big year for Hoda Kotb as she adopted daughter Hope Catherine in April.

She’s also mom to adopted daughter Haley Joy, 2, who she adopted in February 2017.
