La La Anthony Spotted At Breakfast With ‘Aquaman’ Star Yahya Abdul, Insider Says ‘That’s A Mutual Friend, Melo & La Are Doing Just Fine’
There’s an explanation for La La Anthony’s recent breakfast sit down with Yahya Abdul of Aquaman.
The two sparked rumors that they were possibly dating when they were spotted enjoying breakfast in Manhattan earlier this week.
But an insider told Page Six that Yahya Abdul is friends with both La La Anthony and her husband, NBA star Carmelo Anthony.
“That’s a mutual friend and Melo and La are doing just fine.”
La La Anthony and Carmelo Anthony’s marriage has been on a roller coaster after reports said that he fathered a daughter with another woman in 2017.
But the insider confirmed that the two are now “back together.”
A source who’s close with the “Power” actress added,
“They are just friends, they have been working out together and Yahya has been giving her tips on acting.”
Another insider continued,
“People shouldn’t be quick to jump to conclusions — especially if she’s seen leaving a restaurant.”
Fortunately for fans rooting for Carmelo and La La, the two spent the holidays together along with their son, Kiyan, possibly confirming that they are back together.
