Michelle Obama Workout Playlist Includes Lizzo, Cardi B, Beyoncé & Nipsey Hussle
Former First Lady Michelle Obama took to her Instagram to share her workout playlist to inspire lots of exercising in the new year. On Sunday (Jan. 19), the 56-year-old former First Lady and dedicated health advocate shared her 35-song playlist includes Lizzo’s “Soulmate,” Cardi B’s “Press,” The Carters’ “Apesh*t,” Nipsey Hussle, Kanye West, and many more.
“It’s about that time when New Year’s goals and resolutions get just a bit harder to stick to. To offer a little inspiration, I want to share my go-to 2020 #WorkoutPlaylist with all of you. These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts. What’s on your playlist?”

Scoring a spot on the Obama’s list of favorites is a high honor for any artist. New comer Lizzo reposted the former First Lady’s playlist on her Instagram stories. She says,
“STREAM ‘SOULMATE’ BY LIZZO CUS Michelle Obama says so!”

In addition to Lizzo’s excitement, rapper Cardi B also took to Instagram to share her reaction to being on the Obama music playlist. Cardi says,
“I’m tellin’ ya, Michelle Obama not the one to play with.”

As previously reported, Mrs. Obama follows up her husband’s, President Obama’s favorite music of 2019. Included in his list were a few similar artist as Lizzo, Alicia Keys, and Beyoncé.

Mrs. O recently celebrated her 56th birthday on Friday (Jan. 17th). President Obama took to his Instagram to share a few flirty and adorable photobooth flicks of him and his wife. He wrote a special birthday message to Mrs. Obama calling the former First Lady his star,
“In every scene, you are my star, Michelle Obama! Happy birthday, baby!”
