R.Kelly To Face A New Child Sex Abuse Accuser In Upcoming Federal Case

His mind is telling him no, but the feds are saying yes to new charges against disgraced singer R. Kelly (real name, Robert Kelly). Yesterday, (3/5/20) the alleged sexual predator pleaded not guilty to his updated federal charges of child pornography – but, again, the plot thickens. Another victim has reportedly come forward.

Prosecutor Angel Krull revealed in yesterday’s hearing that new charges are being filed on behalf of the new accuser of child sex abuse, which may correlate with the recent seize of his Chicago storage unit. More than 100 electronic devices, including hard-drives, were taken into custody. This case will almost mirror his federal case stemming from New York, with nearly identical 13 counts of child porn, racketeering, conspiracy. This new accuser is referred to as “Minor 6” in the court documents.

R. Kelly’s lawyer, Steve Greenberg, told this to reporters in regards to the storage seize:

“We expect that they’re not going to find anything incriminating.”

Meanwhile, R. Kelly’s legal team wants his racketeering charges in New York dropped. In a seven page motion, his lawyers plead to the judge that the STD clause included in New York laws is unconstitutional. But his former live-in girlfriend, Azriel Clary‘s, latest claims don’t exactly help his claims of innocence. She, now, alleges that he once forced her to eat her own feces.

U.S. District Judge Harry Leinenweber recently pushed his federal trial back from April 27th to October 13th.
