Kylie Jenner Purchased A 5 Acre Vacant Lot For $15 Million In Cash

22-year-old Kylie Jenner has just added a new piece of land to her real estate collection. This comes nearly two weeks after purchasing a Holmby Hills mansion for $36.5 million. According to reports, the cosmetic mogul has just bought a 5-acre vacant lot in Hidden Hills for $15 million in cash. Previously, the lot was owned by singer Miley Cyrus.

According to reports, with the purchase of this lot also comes expected renovations. For Kylie Jenner, this list includes 18,000 sq. ft. monster mansion that will consist of a 12-car garage, a guesthouse, a barn, a guard shack for a full-time security staff, a sports court and a pool.

Jenner’s new mansion in features 7 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and 20 parking spaces. Take a look at it below. 

Spending such a large sum of money in such a short period of time may be impossible for the average person, but not for the Kylie Cosmetics founder. Last month, we reported that Kylie Jenner was named the world’s youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes’ for the second year in a row. A high percentage of Jenner’s fortune is due to her billion-dollar company, Kylie Cosmetics. After its success, Jenner sold 51% of her ownership in the company for $600 million.
