“Love & Marriage: Huntsville” Star Melody Holt Files For Divorce From Martell Holt
“Love & Marriage: Huntsville” star Melody Holt quietly filed for divorce from husband, Martell Holt, according to BOSSIP. Not only are the Holts splitting, but Melody Holt is reportedly fleeing to Georgia in April.
Court documents show that Melody Holt cited an “irretrievable breakdown” in their marriage with no chance of reconciliation. As far as their assets, Melody, 34, requested that neither she nor Martell, 38, pay child support – as they’ll share both physical and legal custody of their children. She also suggests the judge determine how they’ll split their real estate business, property, and a $130K federal tax lien from 2018.
The Holts’ rocky marriage has been at the forefront of their reality show, “Love and Marriage: Huntsville” since early 2019. The couple aired out their issues with Martell’s infidelity. The college sweethearts controversially revealed the first look at their newborn daughter, Malani, with an elaborate publicity stunt – staging a fallout. It ended in the premiere of an exclusive interview.
The Holts tied the knot in 2008 and share four children.
