Cuba Gooding, Jr. recently appeared in court with his legal aides to discuss future witnessing probing for his upcoming sexual assault trial. The conversation went as followed:

“Judge Curtis Farber: Do you intend to ask the witness what she feels about the size of her breasts?

Peter Toumbekis: I do.

Assistant District Attorney Jenna Long: That is simply offensive.”

“Judge Farber: Tell me the connection between the size of her breasts and the relevance at trial.

Peter: It’s one plus two equals three.

Judge Farber: Spell it out.

Peter: She actually talks about the fact that she’s self-conscious about her breast size.”
