Lil Nas X Is Releasing ‘The Best Kids Book Of All Time’ Called ‘C Is For Country’
Lil Nas X is dropping a book for the kids!
The “Old Town Road” rapper announced the news on social media Tuesday (Sept. 15th), and it looks like he’s pretty confident about how well the book will do.
He shared a snapshot of the book, called “C Is For Country,” and added the caption:
“I’m dropping the best kids book of all time soon! C IS FOR COUNTRY, out January 5, 2021 from @randomhousekids. I can’t wait to share it with you all. You can pre-order it right now at the link in my bio.”

According to Random House, the book tells the story of Lil Nas X and his pony, Panini, a nod to his sophomore single that he released last year, as they go “on a joyous journey through the alphabet from sunup to sundown.”
“C Is For Country” is set to be released on Jan. 5, 2021.
While Lil Nas X has been quiet for most of 2020, he teased that he would be dropping new music soon as the attention surrounding his breakout hit “Old Town Road” is wearing off. He tweeted on Sept. 10th:
“gonna start back releasing music soon the old town road money running out”
