Blac Chyna’s Request To Dismiss Rob Kardashian’s Assault & Battery Charges Against Her Has Been Denied
Blac Chyna‘s request for a judge to throw out Rob Kardashian‘s 2017 assault and battery claims has been denied, and the case will continue.
According to court docs:
“The Motion for Summary Judgement filed by Angela Renee White on 02/20/2020 is Denied. Defendant’s alternative motion for summary adjudication is DENIED as to both issues.”
Blac Chyna, 32, filed a motion on Feb. 8th, stating that there was no intent to inflict injury on Rob Kardashian, because she did not harm him at all.
Rob Kardashian filed the claim with his sister Kylie Jenner, alleging that Blac Chyna attempted to choke him with an iPhone cord during an argument, which allegedly which took place at Kylie Jenner’s home.

Rob Kardashian allegedly suffered neck, head, and face injuries. Kylie Jenner’s home also allegedly had “extensive damage” that totaled more than $100,000.
Black Chyna submitted a document in return, stating that Rob Kardashian “did not suffer any cognizable” damage, only heartbreak after she moved out of Kylie Jenner’s house with their daughter Dream Kardashian, who was a newborn at the time.
Court documents show that the former couple reconciled several days after the incident, and Rob Kardashian even dropped all but two of the charges he made against Blac Chyna. According to reports, Rob Kardashian also did not seek medical treatment for his alleged injuries, and he did not suffer any loss of earnings. Kylie Jenner also reportedly dismissed her claims in March 2018, voluntarily.

“Other than admitted damage to a T.V. set, Chyna did not cause any physical destruction to Kylie Jenner’s home during the alleged ‘assault,’ ”“Chyna was being her very outgoing, colorful and joking self with Rob, not a fiancée who intended to inflict injuries on her fiancé and the father of her beautiful daughter.”
Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian broke up in February of 2017, and have agreed to joint custody of their daughter Dream Kardashian.
