Jordyn Woods On Aftermath Of Tristan Thompson Scandal: I Remember Sitting In A Very Dark Place, I Felt Like I Had No One

Jordyn Woods made headlines in February of 2019 after she was accused of having an affair with Khloe Kardashian‘s then-boyfriend, NBA player Tristan Thompson at a party in Los Angeles.

Jordyn Woods,23, opened up about the situation in a new interview for Now With Natalie, saying that the situation got so intense for her, she pushed a lot of people away.

“I deleted everything off of my phone. I wouldn’t respond to anyone… I pushed people away that probably shouldn’t have been pushed away but I just couldn’t trust anyone. Everything in my life changed.”

Although both Jordyn Woods and Tristan Thompson have denied engaging in any sexual activity other than kissing, the scandal led to the end of Jordyn Woods’ long-term friendship with Kylie Jenner and the Kardashians. She also moved out of Kylie’s home in the wake of the incident. Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian also broke up after the news was made public.

Woods says that she has come to terms with the situation, and she no longer carries shame because she has accepted what happened.

“It’s easy to beat yourself up over things you could’ve done differently, but you can’t hold on to what you could’ve or should’ve done. You just have to accept what actually happened and then you can let it go.  I think that letting go of shame is learning how to accept what’s happened.”

The model adds that she was in a dark place, following the scandal, feeling as though she had nobody to talk to.

“I remember just sitting in a very dark place and I didn’t really … You know, I had my family to talk to, I had you to talk to but I felt like I had no one.” 

“You take everything you think you know for a whole decade, the people you think you know, the life you think you know, everything that you’ve grown up doing and you take it all away from someone. I didn’t even know how to feel.”

Jordyn Woods has since moved on with iNBA player Karl Anthony Towns. The couple, went public with their relationship, on Jordyn’s 23rd birthday Wednesday (Sept. 23rd).

Rumors began swirling, that the pair were dating after they were seen at dinner together last month.
