Gayle King Posts Weight Loss Results But Asks Fans To Leave Her Feet Out Of The Conversation
CBS host Gayle King is celebrating a successful week of a soup diet that helped her lose a little more than seven pounds. In a new post on Instagram, Gayle King posted the before and after of the scale going from 172 down to 165 after completing the diet. She wrote,
“Update! Just completed 5 day soup fast & the results are in! Trying to get into mustard yellow dress for Elex night coverage TONITE ..praying to sweet black baby Jesus it now fits,”
She also asked that her fans make their voices heard, and vote today, Oct. 3., the official day of the 2020 Presidential Election.
“That you VOTE, & that there is PEACE”
Gayle King ended her message with a request for fans to refrain from writing anything negative about her feet, adding that she isn’t quite ready to visit a nail salon to get them groomed just yet amid COVID-19.
”Ps plz withhold all negative comments about my jacked up feet I’m well aware they are a hot mess but not yet comfortable in a covid environment going to nail salon… bigger issues to worry about ….”

This wasn’t the first time Gayle King posted about wanting to shed a few pounds on her Instagram.

Gayle King got candid about her weight gain during quarantine in a previous post blaming, Halloween and COVID- 19. She wrote,
“CRISIS ! The weight struggle is real! fatter than I’ve been in long time .. & scared to get a pedicure (big sigh) swipe left for the way we were …ideal weight says Dr is 163… not happening anytime soon .. blaming corona quarantine & Halloween candy corns I just bought ! Make it stop!“
