Judge Orders Unaired Scenes Of ‘Rob & Chyna’ & ‘KUWTK’ To Be Submitted In Lawsuit, Could Show Exes Were On Good Terms When Series Was Canceled

Blac Chyna has just scored another win in court against the father of her child Rob Kardashian and his family.

Blac Chyna has been back and forth in court against the Kardashian family over E!’s canceling of her reality show “Rob & Chyna.” A judge is now requesting that Bunim/Murray Productions, submit unaired scenes from what was going to air on season 2 of “Rob & Chyna.”

Lynne Ciani, Blac Chyna’s attorney says that the unaired footage will show the pair who were engaged at the time, and Rob Kardashian also expressing his love for her, after she had a medical procedure.

The judge is also asking for unaired scenes from March 2017 of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” The scenes apparently show Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian on good terms as they co-parent and work on their relationship.

Blac Chyna feels as though Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner all got together to secretly interfere with her “highly lucrative contract” with the E! Network/NBCUniversal, says Chyna’s lawyer.  Their “interference” is what allegedly aided in the ending of “Rob & Chyna” on E!

Bunim/Murray has 45 days to deliver the unaired Season 2 of “Rob & Chyna” and the unaired scenes from “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Rob Kardashian is said to not have participated in the hearing, as it does not pertain to him directly. Rob Kardashian’s attorney, Marty Singer said in a statement,

“We have not filed an opposition to the court for this request because the footage has no impact on the case.  However, we have requested Blac Chyna’s OnlyFans footage and she has refused to release that footage to us.”

This makes Chyna’s second win in just a few months against the family.

As previously reported, Blac Chyna sued Rob Kardashian, his sister Kim Kardashianand their mother Kris Jenner, claiming that the trio was responsible for having their show ‘Rob & Chyna’ canceled after the couple split.

Rob Kardashian has been attempting to get Blac Chyna’s lawsuit against the family dropped.

But on Oct. 28 a judge denied the request. Blac Chyna’s attorney said back then:

“Chyna is beyond thrilled that she will have her day in court.”

The judge says that there is “substantial evidence filed by Chyna, including unaired Season 2 ‘Rob & Chyna’ footage and internal business documents from NBCUniversal and Bunim Murray Productions,” which influenced her ruling.

Blac Chyna has previously claimed that NBCUniversal dismissed her rights and is a company with systemic racism, adding that she would have gotten better treatment had she been white.

But the Kardashian family says it was due to the restraining order that Blac Chyna had on Rob Kardashian.

She filed a domestic violence restraining order against Rob Kardashian after he posted nude photos of her on social media. According to the Kardashians, the order made it logistically impossible for them to be filmed.

The post reportedly violated California’s revenge-porn law, which typically results in a misdemeanor punishable by a fine and up to six months in jail.
