Meek Mill Has Heated Back & Forth Exchange With DJ Akademiks On Clubhouse, 21 Savage Steps In
Things got heated between rapper Meek Mill (real name Robert Rihmeek Williams),33, and personality/blogger DJ Akademiks (real name Livingston Allen), 28, on the Clubhouse App. While the two got into several discussions, rapper Meek Mill argued with DJ Akademiks about whether he posts negative things about the rapper.
At one point DJ Akademiks said:
“I told you I’m not going to post about you good or bad. “
Meek Mill responded by saying:
“The only way you can get at Akademiks is if you coming at Meek Mill and you hating. You steering your whole platform with hatred.”
During the same conversation, Meek Mill also called DJ Akademiks a snitch.
“He call the Feds on people. We from the streets, He be saying he gon call the Feds on n***as, get n*ggas locked up. We ain’t reasoning with you n***a. “

He also talked about DJ Akademiks’ relevance and the impact of his blog site, saying
“If you stir up a beef and somebody die. You are a part of that…You’re not that relevant. You have a small site like a small blogging site. “
DJ Akademiks responded by saying,
“If that’s the case it shouldn’t be that big of an issue where you’re saying I’m like ruining everything. It’s should be like, alright you ignore this…”
Meek responded by saying
“In our culture we just don’t ignore sh**, you know that”
At one point when the men were arguing rapper 21 Savage (real name Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph), 28, spoke up.

He said:
“It start with us. Why are yall on Instagram in the first place? Why are ya’ll giving Akademiks anything he can post to escalate some sh**? That’s the real problem”
He continued on to say that it was the responsibility of rappers not to feed into the gossip.
“N***as would do that s*** if Akademiks stopped his page right now ain’t no beef gon stop bro. Ain’t nobody gon stop saying sh**. Ain’t nobody gon stop dissing each other. Him, he just reporting the s**t.”
Meek later tweeted about the exchange and said:
“I apologize if I cut anybody off I be having my heart in sh** too much… if you was there you know it was a great start for communication in hip hop! The way 21 handled it inspired me and was a good highlight!”
He also tweeted
“We been on club house for months being personal with supporters… learning getting game… learning about women’s feelings … giving game..talking biz etc … no recordings start to hit the internet until yesterday … certain sh** just always ruin the “wave”

Clubhouse is an invitation-only social networking app. It allows people to talk to one another using live voice recordings and host rooms to discuss various topics. The room where the exchange occurred was a “Welcome DJ Akademiks” room centered on welcoming the DJ to the app.
