Vanessa Bryant Pokes Fun At Daughter Natalia Bryant’s Sprained Hand: This Is Payback For Making Fun Of Daddy’s Fingers

Vanessa Bryantthe widow of NBA great Kobe Bryant was in good spirits and even made jokes after their oldest daughter Natalia Bryant sprained her hand in a skiing incident.

She shared a video of Natalia Bryant getting her hand checked out and added the caption:

“This is payback for making fun of daddy’s fingers @nataliabryant”

She then referenced former L.A. Lakers trainer Gary Vitti, who notably popped Kobe Bryant’s dislocated finger into place in the middle of a game in 2016, and added:

“I was waiting for that Vitti finger pull so I tried to distract her. Thankfully that wasn’t necessary.”

In the clip, Dr. Dustin Glass takes a look at Natalia Bryant’s hand while Vanessa Bryant tells her:

“Nobody told you to go skiing!… The Latina mom line.”

She ended the caption with:

“We’ve known Dustin and his family since Natalia was 5. Natalia and his eldest daughter, Shayna, were in ballet together. Gigi and Aly played soccer together. So grateful for good people coming through for us and helping us out when we need them most. Thx for checking on my Nani’s pinky finger and cracking my back”

As the Bryant family nears the one-year anniversary of Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant’s tragic deaths, Natalia Bryant shared a positive and inspirational message on Instagram. When asked about getting through a low point she wrote:

“I wasn’t going to do this one, but thought it was important to share because you never know when someone is going through problems of their own.

I genuinely think that it is so important to find your close circle of trusted people and be able to vocalize your feelings to them when you are ever down or not feeling like yourself.  This is also a lot easier said than done but just know that you are never alone.  This is something I have learned throughout this year and still continue to work at with the help of close family and friends.”

We’re glad to see Vanessa & Natalia in good spirits!
