Tekashi 6ix9ine Sued By A Stripper For Allegedly Hitting Her In the Head With A Champagne Bottle

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is reportedly being sued for aggravated battery by a Miami stripper who claims he hit her in the head with a champagne bottle. Alexis Salaberrios filed a lawsuit on Friday (Feb. 26) claiming that the 24-year-old rapper threw a “deadly object with intent to commit serious bodily injury”. The alleged incident took place at the Gold Rush Cabaret on Saturday (Feb.20). According to Salaberrios’ attorney, David M. Tarlow,Tekashi 6ix9ine threw a champagne bottle after someone in the crowd called him a “rat”.  He intended to throw the bottle at someone else but hit Alexis Salaberrios instead. She was reportedly taken to the ER and received several staples in order to close the wound.

Alexis Salaberrios is also suing Gold Rush Cabaret for gross negligence. She claims there was not enough security around the Brooklyn rapper who is known for getting into hostile situations. She alleges that the Gold Rush staff pressured her not to get the police involved after Tekashi 6ix9ine was escorted out of the club, but she chose to report the incident anyway.

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, claims that his client was not involved in any such incident. He also says the surveillance equipment in the club would be able to clear his name from the alleged encounter. Lazzaro said,

“There are video cameras in the establishment. It’s an attempt to shake him down. If he is served properly, we will immediately move to have it dismissed.”

Tekashi 6ix9ine was previously arrested in November 2018 for racketeering, drug trafficking and weapons charges and was allegedly involved with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang. He entered a plea deal in February 2019 where he testified against members of his former gang. Due to his cooperation with the feds, Tekashi was released early from jail in April 2020.
