DMX’s Ex Wife Tashera Simmons Shares Video Of Fans Playing His Music Outside Of The Hospital As The Rapper Is Still On Life Support
Rap icon DMX, (real name Earl Simmons) is receiving lots of love and support from his fans as he remains hospitalized and on life support at White Plains Hospital in New York. As previously reported, the 50-year-old rapper suffered a heart attack on Friday night (Apr.2) after an apparent drug overdose. He is reportedly still in critical condition and on a ventilator. With the news of DMXs’ health condition, the rapper has been receiving an outpour of love. On Sunday (Apr.4) the rapper’s ex wife, Tashera Simmons, took to Instagram to share a video of his fans and a large group of “Ruff Ryders” motorcyclists playing his music and showing support outside of the White Plains Hospital. Along with the video, Simmon’s wrote,

DMX has been very open about his struggles with drug/alcohol abuse throughout the years. He most recently went to rehab in 2019.
On Sunday (Apr.4) DMX’s attorney Murry Richam told Yahoo News,
“I have no such knowledge”
of DMX being removed from life support and breathing on his own. Richman first confirmed to Pix11 that the rapper had suffered a heart attack and has
“been taken off life support system and is breathing on his own.”
He added,
“It would be disingenuous of me to suggest that I am not a worried man.”
But speaking to Rolling Stone later that evening, he says he was “given wrong information” and said that the rapper remains on life support.
