Tory Lanez Accused Of Lying About His Identity To Avoid Getting Served In Love & Hip Hop Miami Star Prince’s Assault Lawsuit

Tory Lanez allegedly tried to lie about his identity so he wouldn’t get served in a lawsuit.

As previously reported by RadarOnline, Prince (born Christopher Harty) of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: Miami accused Tory Lanez and his entourage of physically assaulting him in a nightclub.

Prince told theJasmineBRAND in an exclusive interview that the Say It rapper apologized to him.

But now, Tory Lanez (born Daystar Petersen) is being accused of lying about his identity to steer clear of getting served in Prince’s lawsuit against him.

The process server went to Tory Lanez’s home on March 15th, according to court documents obtained by Radar Online. The server wrote in a declaration provided to the court,

“Daystar Shemuel Peterson answered the door. I asked if he was Daystar Shemuel Peterson. He asked who I was. I identified myself and informed him of the court documents I had for him.”

She added that Tory Lanez allegedly “said it was not him,” adding:

“He said I would have to come back in the evening to find the person I was looking for and then closed the door. I spoke through the door and stated I would leave the documents by the door.”

She continued and said she knew it was him all along.

“There are photos of Mr. Peterson on social media which confirm his identity.”

In fact, she said hours later she saw him “live on social media wearing the same thing he wore when I served him.”

The lawsuit against Tory Lanez alleges he

“verbally antagonized HARTY and attempted to engage HARTY in a verbal confrontation…”

It also claims he

“escalated his verbal antagonization of HARTY but then began to swing at HARTY and actually punched HARTY with a closed fist.”

Prince said as a result he experienced

“blunt force trauma to his head, neck, chest, and back, and suffered from multiple contusions and bruises to his body.”

The amount he’s suing for hasn’t been made public.
