Ex Love & Hip Hop Miami Star Prince Sues Tory Lanez For Allegedly Beating Him Up At Nightclub
Tory Lanez may be facing even more legal trouble. Former Love and Hip Hop: Miami star Christopher Harty, better known as Prince, is suing rapper Tory Lanez for allegedly beating him up at a Miami Night Club. The incident took place in November of 2019 at LIV nightclub. The 30-year old reality star and party promoter explained the alleged details of that night. He says,
“He swung, he initially missed, he jumped over and then they just started trying to attack me. They backed me into a corner, and once I was there, they started stomping on me, jumping on me.”
Prince says that he knew Tory Lanez very well because he used to help Tory get into LIV nightclub. According to Prince, the altercation stems from an Instagram post about a song. Prince said,
“They felt that I was insinuating that they stole the record from me, and I was just like, ‘no, I would never do that, that was never my intention.’ I had no issue with him at all.”
According to reports, the lawsuit was filed alongside a five-second video of the incident. Prince alleges that he was left with serious injuries to his neck, chest, head, and then bruises and contusions all over his back and body.
Tory Lanez has not responded to the alleged incident. This lawsuit comes more than two months after Tory was arrested on felony gun charges in Los Angeles. The rapper was charged with possession of a concealed weapon following an alleged altercation with rapper Megan Thee Stallion, who accused Tory Lanez of shooting her on the night of his arrest.
