Blac Chyna Says Unseen Footage Of ‘KUWTK’ Will Prove Her Innocence In Assault Case With Rob Kardashian, Asks The Court To Dismiss The Lawsuit

Blac Chyna might be able to prove her innocence in an assault case involving her ex-boyfriend, Rob Kardashian thanks to an unreleased clip of KUWTK. According to reports, in 2017 Rob Kardashian and his younger billionaire sister, Kylie Jenner filed a lawsuit against the mother of his child, claiming that she was intoxicated and attacked him with a 6-ft. metal pole then pointed a gun at him. However, Blac Chyna, born Angela White, and her legal team claim they have proof that the alleged incident didn’t happen that way. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Blac Chyna’s lawyers acquired a never-before-seen clip from KUWTK where Rob Kardashian was seen without any injuries anywhere on his body.

In addition to that, Blac Chyna is also claiming that Rob never mentioned domestic violence in their custody battle or to the Department of Family and Child Services. She’s also alleging that her ex even told investigators that she has never harmed him before. Her legal team also addressed the gun situation and claimed their client pointed the gun at Rob in a flirtatious way and not in a harmful manner. However, Rob’s lawyer isn’t here for that excuse. They said,

“Blac Chyna’s physical attack on Rob Kardashian was witnessed by multiple individuals, each of whom submitted sworn declarations in support of Rob… Chyna does not make any effort to refute these witnesses’ statements, because it is impossible.”

Blac Chyna is asking for the court to look at the unseen KUWTK footage and dismiss the case.
