Cardi B Explains Why She’s Not Having A Baby Shower For Her 2nd Child: I Just Get Overwhelmed

Cardi B will not have a baby shower for her second child with Offset, and she has specific reasons for this decision!

This past Tuesday (July 20th), Cardi B appeared on the Stationhead live radio app for an interview. While there, she revealed she has no intentions of having a baby shower for her second child, and she explained her rationale. The rapper said:

“I’m not having a baby shower. That’s why I did Kulture’s birthday really, really big. I just get overwhelmed when I do these big birthdays and I just feel like the baby shower with Kulture’s birthday is just too close. Just to see the same people over again, and it’s like, not doing it.”

As previously reported, Cardi B had a lavish, princess-themed party to celebrate Kulture‘s 3rd birthday.

While the party was certainly extravagant, it sounds like it ultimately took a toll on Cardi B.

In addition to explaining why she isn’t having a baby shower, she also expressed her excitement for her second baby. Cardi B stated:

“There is something so dear about this pregnancy and I feel like I’m starting a new chapter, and I’m happy about that.”
