Normani Denies Lip-Synching Accusations: This Is What Hard Work Sounds Like
Normani is firing back at claims that she was lipsynching during a recent event.
On Sunday (July 24th), a fan shared a video of her singing with the caption,
“Mic is very much off”

Normani disputed the claim with the tweet,
“babbbby my mic was hot thank you tho pooh. this just what hard work sound like”

She later responded after the fan took issue with her mentioning him before she retweeted another social media user who compared Normani to a record.

Normani has certainly been working hard, especially since the release of her latest video Wild Side feat. Cardi B.
She revealed in a recent interview that she invested some of her own money to pay for the high-quality production. She told LA’s The Real 92.3,
“I’m not gonna lie, there’s a lot that I had to [put up myself]. I had to invest my own [money].”
She continued:
“The number that I put in would probably sound foolish to a lot of people, but I definitely know that it was well worth it. And when I have a vision–when God places a vision, like, on my heart–I’m like ‘This is the assignment. This is the assignment–it’s gonna come back ten-fold.’”
