Chet Hanks’ Ex-Girlfriend Kiana Parker Served Him W/ $1 Million Civil Lawsuit At His Birthday Party Amid Physical Abuse Allegations
The ongoing dispute between Chet Hanks and Kiana Parker is continuing, and a large sum of money is now involved!
Earlier this month, Chet Hanks was formally served with legal paperwork at his birthday party. Specifically, the actor-turned-rapper was hit with a civil suit filed by his ex-girlfriend, Kiana Parker.
The civil suit is related to abuse allegations Kiana Parker made against Chet Hanks. Earlier this year, Kiana Parker alleged that Chet Hanks was physically abusive towards her. She claimed he even threatened to kill her while they dated. In addition to the physical abuse claims, Kiana Parker alleges that the “White Boy Summer” rapper referred to her as a “ghetto Black b***h” on numerous occasions. The alleged incidents took place between October 2020 and January 2021.
Resultingly, she left Chet Hanks and began the process of suing him for $1,000,000. In a statement on the legal matter, Kiana Parked said:
“I am glad that he must finally answer for his charges, this has been lingering for too long and I will continue to seek closure, healing, and justice. My life matters so I spoke up.”
