Porsha Williams’ Book Signing Event Crashed By Protester Pleading With Reality Star To Stop Wearing Fur Because  ‘Animals Are Skinned Alive!’ 

It seems like everyone isn’t here for Porsha Williams’ fashion choices. 

Porsha Williams, 40, was recently on the receiving end of a small protest for wearing fur. A video has surfaced online of what appears to be the former ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Porsha Williams at a book signing event for her latest memoir ‘The Pursuit of Porsha.’ While signing copies of her book for fans, an unidentified woman attempts to interrupt the event by yelling at Porsha Williams for allegedly having animals “skinned alive” so she can wear fur. She screams, 

“Ladies and gentlemen I am not here to interrupt anything! I want to bring something to your attention that’s very important – ‘The Real Housewives’ support fur and wear fur!” 

As people try to get the woman to calm down she tries to get closer to Porsha while she continues to yell,

“We are here to ask Porsha – Porsha please stop wearing fur!” 

During the 59-second video, Porsha appears to be unfazed by the woman’s actions and continues on with her book signing and interacting with fans. Before being escorted out the lady adds, 

“Animals are skinned alive! It’s not fashion!” 

Supporters of Porsha can be heard booing the woman and yelling back

“We love fur!” 

Porsha Williams has been making headlines a lot lately! As previously reported, she was recently a guest on the ‘Tamron Hall Show’ and chatted about her fiancé Simon Guobadia, 57.

It was revealed on Porsha’s reality show, ‘Porsha’s Family Matters,’ that it’s a cultural norm in Simon Guobadia’s family for men to have multiple wives. While chatting with Tamron Hall, Porsha addressed Simon Guobadia’s culture and said, 

“Let’s start with: he’s Nigerian. It’s his culture. They’re allowed and are open to having multiple wives. But, you know, Simon has been in America since he was 17 years old, and I’m American. So, we’re going to have one wife and one husband.”
