Kim Kardashian Asks For Judge To Declare Her Legally Single Amid Ongoing Divorce From Kanye West

It looks like Kim Kardashian is ready to legally be a single woman again!

According to reports, Kim Kardashian, 41, has asked a judge to declare her single amid her ongoing divorce from rapper Kanye West, 44. Kim Kardashian reportedly filed court documents yesterday (December 10) requesting to have her maiden name restored. She also asked to separate issues of child custody and property from her marital status.

As previously reported, Kim made headlines earlier this year when she filed for divorce from Kanye West after 6 years of marriage. The pair share 4 children together, North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2. Kim is currently rumored to be dating actor/comedian Pete Davidson, 28.

Even though Kim seems to be ready to put their marriage behind her, Kanye West might not be on the same page. On Dec. 9, Kanye took the stage for his ‘Free Larry Hoover’ concert with Drake at the Los Angeles Coliseum. According to reports, during the event, Kanye dedicated his song ‘Runaway’ to his estranged wife. After Kanye sang,

“I need you to run right back to me, baby.”

He added,

“more specifically, Kimberly.”
