Snoop Dogg Hit W/ Sexual Assault Lawsuit, Woman Claims Rapper & Bishop Don Juan Forced Her To Perform Oral Sex

Snoop Dogg is accused of sexual assault.

West coast rap legend Snoop Dogg was recently named in a sexual assault lawsuit. His longtime friend, Bishop Don Juan, is also being sued by an unidentified woman who claims the duo forced her to perform oral sex in 2013. Both Snoop and a source representing him have denied the allegations and pointed out that the woman filed just in time for the rapper’s upcoming Super Bowl halftime performance. The Jane Doe in the case allegedly demanded nearly $10 million from Snoop prior to filing.

According to court documents, Jane Doe stated that the “Ain’t No Fun” rapper barged into the bathroom of his recording studio as she relieved herself. The papers describe the moment Snoop allegedly forced the woman to perform oral sex:

“[He was] standing with his crotch in Plaintiff’s face, while Plaintiff was defecating on the toilet.”

The incident reportedly occurred one day after she attended the rapper’s concert in Anaheim, California. Bishop Don Juan allegedly offered the woman a ride home after the show and, instead, drove her to his as she slept. She woke up to Don Juan forcing his penis into her mouth. The lawsuit claims:

“[Bishop] removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis in Plaintiff’s face and repeatedly shoved his penis into Plaintiff’s mouth,”

It continues:

“[Bishop] discriminated against and harassed Plaintiff because of Plaintiff’s sex and gender.”

Shortly after the alleged assault, the former pimp ordered the woman–who’s a model and dancer–to put on a dress and told her:

“I want to see if [Snoop] will make you the weather girl [for a TV show].”

That’s when Don Juan drove her to Snoop’s recording studio, where their alleged exchange took place.

The woman claims she was coerced into taking a photo with Snoop and didn’t get the job because:

“[She] refused to willingly and enthusiastically give oral sex.”

Jane Doe is suing Snoop Dogg and Bishop Don Juan for unknown damages.

Although Snoop hasn’t directly addressed the accusations, he posted a screenshot of a note he wrote that says:

“Gold digger season is here be careful Nefews keep ya guards up. And. Keep ya circle small.”

He captioned the photo:

“P.S. A. FDHB.”
