50 Cent Wants A Court Order To Force Teairra Mari Into Questioning Over $50,000 Debt

50 Cent is determined to collect his money one way or another!

According to Radar, the “Candy Shop” rapper recently submitted court documents asking that Teairra Mari be summoned to court, and forced to answer questions about her income after failing to settle their $50,000 debt.

The ongoing money battle between the 46-year-old rapper/producer and 34-year-old singer/reality star has spanned over a few years now. After unsuccessfully suing the “Power” executive producer for sharing what she deemed “revenge porn”, Teairra Mari was hit with a counter lawsuit and ordered to cover 50’s legally fees.

Teairra has managed to evade payments despite being served whenever and wherever 50 could get to her. The former “Love And Hip Hop” star even went as far as trolling 50 over the debt, creating merchandise and a diss track after infamously telling a court judge “I Ain’t Got It”.

However, 50 has been and continues to be relentless about collecting the debt. Reportedly, lawyers for the rap artist submitted documents stating:

“Has been the subject of repeated sanctions by this Court but has been seemingly unswayed by such actions and has not paid any money towards the Judgment or sanctions against her, making the increased penalties associated with a finding of contempt necessary.”

The settlement that was originally set at $30,000 has increased, according to 50, due to the ongoing court fees needed to cover his many attempts to collect from Teairra. Reportedly, if a judge does indeed summon Teairra to court with her bank statements and sources of income in hand, the order will read:

“If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.”

According to the report, 50 is asking the court date be set for April 20.
