The 911 call from the morning of media personality Kevin Samuels’ death has been released and it appears the woman he was with was desperately trying to save his life!

During the call, a woman by the name of Ortencia Alcantara–who identifies herself as a nurse- tells the 911 operator she believes Kevin Samuels is having heart problems while she continued to perform CPR. She said this was her first time at Kevin’s apartment and appears flustered as she had trouble giving the 911 operator his address and apartment number.

As the call continues, things get direr when Ortencia revealed Kevin Samuels is turning blue and asks if the 911 operator can assist in calling his building’s front desk to see if they had an AED (automated external defibrillator), which is a device used to help restore the heart rhythm to normal. Unfortunately, the office was closed.

As previously reported, controversial YouTuber and self-proclaimed dating guru, Kevin Samuels died Thursday (May 5) at the age of just 57.

Prior to the release of the 911 call, Ortencia Alcantara recently spoke out about the newfound attention she is currently receiving. With much speculation surrounding this incident, some people even named her as a suspect in Kevin Samuels’ death since she was the last person with him. She took to her Instagram story to address the hurtful rumors and speculation about her. noting that some people are tearing down her character without knowing who she really is. She wrote,

“It’s crazy how complete strangers try to hurt your character. Believe it or not, there’s still good-hearted people in this cruel world..Unbelievable to think I have to clear my name for doing the right thing.. Let me find a lawyer and make these people take all this mess down.”

She continued by letting people know she is a successful and independent woman who doesn’t need to gain clout or attention.

“I am a humble six-figure woman from the Midwest. No need for a one-night stand. My family and close friends know I’m a good person. People are evil but sending love.”
