Beyoncé Graces The Cover Of British Vogue & Trends After Announcing The Release Date For Upcoming Album ‘Renaissance’
Is Beyoncé Knowles-Carter doing things the old-school way and actually promoting for her upcoming album?
Today (June 16) Beyoncé seemingly broke the internet once again after British Vogue revealed she is appearing on the cover of their latest issue. In the stunning picture shared by the famed magazine, Beyoncé gives renaissance realness as she poses on top of a horse. The cover is accompanied by an editorial spread of the “Halo” singer as well. However, it’s unsure if the issue will feature an interview with Beyoncé. British Vogue’s latest installment is hitting newsstands on Tuesday 21 June.

In addition to her newest cover, Beyoncé has done something she hasn’t done in a while and announced the release date for her upcoming project. As you may already know, the songstress has a habit of not announcing when she’s dropping new music. However, earlier today (June 16) fans noticed she updated her bio with the name of her album, “Renaissance,” and shared a speculated drop date of July 29th.

Her bio also says “act 1,” which has many wondering if this could mean she plans on sharing more “acts” after this initial release. Four box sets are available to pre-order on Beyonce’s official website with a different T-shirt included in each. The bundle also comes with a CD, a 28-page photo booklet, and a mini poster. The orders will ship on July 29.

Reports claim the album will feature 16 new songs from Beyoncé.

“Renaissance” will mark Beyoncé’s first solo album in six years. Her last solo project was 2016’s “Lemonade.” However, in 2018 she appeared on the collaborative album “Everything Is Love” with her husband JAY-Z, as well as 2019’s “The Lion King: The Gift,” a soundtrack for Disney’s live-action adaptation that features original music by the artist.
