Nicki Minaj Sues Gossip Blogger Nosey Heaux For Calling Her A ‘Cokehead,’ Media Personality Responds & Accuses Rapper Of ‘Harassing’ Her: She Is Out Of Control & Creeping Me Out
Coming for Nicki Minaj online might land you in some legal trouble.
According to reports, Nicki Minaj, real name Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty, is claiming a woman who goes by the social media persona Nosey Heaux, real name Marley Green, posted a video on Monday (Sept. 12) saying outlandish things about her. During the video, Green allegedly said Nicki Minaj is,
“shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose. Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true.”
She continued,
“F***-listen, I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I, we all know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.”

Nicki also alleges that Green made “vile” comments about her 1-year-old son, saying,
“Your baby is going to be a rapist, too.”
As you may already know, Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty was convicted in 1995 for the attempted rape of a woman named Jennifer Hough.

Reportedly, Nicki’s lawsuit against Green calls the media personality a “nobody” and someone “whose main accomplishments in life have been a string of criminal charges, bail jumping and bad debts.” The suit argues that due to the traction the video has gained there’s a possibility people could believe what Green said.
Nicki’s attorney, Judd Burstein, states that at the time of the suit filing, the “cokehead” video on Twitter received over 2,000 likes and more than 250 retweets. The “Super Freaky Girl” rapper claims she’s never used cocaine and is suing for defamation, seeking damages of no less than $75,000. If Green loses the case and cannot afford to pay Nicki, the rapper is asking for the blogger’s trademarked name, Nosey Heaux. Her lawyer said,
“When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name ‘Nosey Heaux.'”
He continued,
“My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.”

The gossip blogger shared via Twitter that she’s in the process of looking for an attorney.
“Anybody can just check the comments under my IG posts to see Nicki losing her whole mind. She is out of control and creeping me out tbh. I know yall got #itsgivingcoke trending but damn is it coke? Either way I’m looking for a lawyer as we speak. #Survivingthepettys”

In addition to that, Green accused Nicki of releasing her personal information to her fans and harassing her on IG.
