‘Bachelorette’ Star DeMario Jackson Sued By Two Women For Alleged Sexual Assault

Reality TV star DeMario Jackson is being accused of sexually assaulting two women.

According to reports, former “Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise” contestant, DeMario Jackson is being sued by two different women for sexual assault. The court documents claim the two women, who filed as Jane Does, are alleging DeMario Jackson used his TV personality status to “lure the unsuspecting plaintiffs” into a sense of security.

One of the women claimed she met the Los Angeles native on a dating app. She gave him permission to spend the night after a few dates back in February of 2018 after he became allegedly drunk. She stated that she told the reality star that they won’t be participating in sexual intercourse, but he stayed persistent. The woman said that DeMario pinned her to the bed and sexually assaulted her, as she feared for her life.

The second woman stated that she met the 35-year-old on social media in April 2019. A year later, he asked her on a date to his apartment alleging this would be convenient so the public won’t recognize them. The court filing alleged he pressured her into having sex, which she at first agreed to and then changed her mind. However, he allegedly forced her to continue.

The two women are seeking unspecified damages against DeMario for false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
