Megan Thee Stallion Says ‘I Do What I Want To w/ My Body’ Following Claims From DaBaby That They Had A Sexual Relationship

Megan Thee Stallion is here for women empowerment and being unapologetic about what you do with your  “body-ody-ody-ody-ody-ody-ody!”

Recently, Megan Thee Stallion hit the stage at The iHeartRadio Music Festival, and in doing so, she delivered yet another love-worthy performance for the Hotties.

During her set, while seemingly getting ready to show up and show out with her 2020 track “Body,” Megan Thee Stallion shared a few words with the audience in regards to embracing her homegrown assets and everything that comes with them.

The “Her” rapstress said to the crowd:

“I don’t know about y’all, but I love my body. I do what I want to with my body, when I want to with my body, with who I want to with my body. ‘Cause it’s whose? My body! Oh, okay!”

Following Stallion’s body-positivity speech, most wondered if it was an indirect response to fellow lyricist DaBaby, who (not too long ago) made claims that he and the 27-year-old previously had sexual relations.

If you didn’t know, just last week, DaBaby released a song called “Boogeyman,” which is reportedly from his forthcoming album, Baby on Baby 2.

In the controversial tune, DaBaby made references to Megan Thee Stallion’s 2020 allegation of being shot by R&B singer Tory Lanez and Stallion’s boyfriend, music artist Pardison Fontaine, who came to his lady’s defense during DaBaby and Stallion’s exchange on social media last year.

Although having once established a close work relationship with Megan Thee Stallion (teaming up on songs like “Cash Sh*t” and “Cry Baby”), it seems that DaBaby has made it very clear that he isn’t choosing sides in the unfortunate debacle, as he collaborated with Tory Lanez on his “SKAT” feature even after the shooting. That, of course, was said to have driven a wedge between former friends DaBaby and Megan Thee Stallion.

DaBaby alleged over the “Boogeyman” beat,

“The day before she said that Tory Lanez shot her, I was f*ckin’ on Megan Thee Stallion. Waited to say that sh*t on my next album, hit it the day before, too. But I kept it player, I ain’t say nothing ’bout it. Had her pretty boy, boyfriend tweeting me, ready to die ’bout the b*tch like a coward.”

Megan Thee Stallion has yet to directly respond to DaBaby’s lyrics.

However, she did take to Twitter to clear up any confusion about her statements of empowerment at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. She confirmed that she, in fact, was only giving a foreword before transitioning into “Body” and expressed her frustration at others trying to flip the narrative.

Subsequent to debunking reports of her remarks being a response to DaBaby, Stallion elaborated on growing irritated at the media’s negative portrayal of her.
