Wendy Williams Struggles To Take Steps While Walking [VIDEO]

It appears Wendy Williams could’ve used some assistance while getting things done over the weekend.

In a recently surfaced video, Wendy Williams, 58, can be seen asking for “somebody’s hand” as she slowly walked toward her high-rise building. The footage showed the former TV host attempting to take baby steps as she entered into the residence at night.

Before making it in, Wendy Williams appeared to be concentrating on not falling, when paparazzi began asking her questions about her health. The cameraman asked the TV star,

“Hey Wendy, how ya doin’?”

Wendy replied,

“Fine. Thanks.” 

Seconds later, Wendy took a few quick steps, seemingly almost losing her balance, and said,

“Can I have your hand, please? Can I have your hand?”

When the paparazzi didn’t offer his assistance, she stumbled into a person appearing to be the doorwoman at the front of her building. A frantic Wendy grabbed the woman’s wrist and said,

“Somebody’s hand!”

At the end of the clip, the woman walked the former “Wendy Williams Show” host into the building and out of the camera shot.

The touching video comes months after the TV personality went to rehab for “extreme alcohol abuse.” On top of alcoholism, Wendy’s ongoing health issues include Graves disease and lymphedema.

Because of her health, Wendy missed the entire final season of her long-running talk show, “The Wendy Williams Show,” which aired from 2008-2022.
