Kim Kardashian Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker Who Sent Her A Diamond Ring

Kim Kardashian loves nice things from everyone besides creeps!

According to reports, “The Kardashians” star has been granted a temporary restraining order against Jomonie Victor Zigler, who has allegedly stalked her by popping up at her home multiple times. He also sent her a ring after labeling Kim Kardashian his “wife.”

Documents filed by Kim Kardashian’s attorney, Shawn Holley, state that Jomonie Victor Zigler first made contact with the 42-year-old a month ago. He was stopped by security after he attempted to make multiple visits to her home while also sharing explicit messages about the SKIMS founder online. The documents also allege Zigler sent items such as hotel keys and a diamond ring to Kim.

To make matters worse, Zigler’s criminal history, which includes firearms and threats, has allegedly caused the reality star emotional distress. A judge agreed with the mother of four’s claims and signed off on the restraining order against the 28-year-old, which will remain in place until his February hearing. 

As previously reported, Kardashian was also granted a restraining order against Nicholas Costanza, the man who allegedly sent her a diamond ring and Plan B in the mail in 2021. The restraining order, which requires Costanza to stay a minimum of 100 yards away from Kardashian and to not contact her, came after Nicholas Costanza expressed his intense desire to be with the socialite.
