Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s Daughters Deny Rumors That The Reality Star’s Georgia Mansion Is In Foreclosure: Don’t Believe Everything You Hear
Former ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Kim Zolciak-Biermann might still be a ‘HOUSEwife’ after all.
According to her daughters, Brielle and Ariana, despite the recent reports of a foreclosure, Kim Zociak-Biermann and her family are still occupying their mega home in Alpharetta, Georgia.
If you didn’t know, rumors of Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her retired NFL husband, Kroy, losing their famed mansion to foreclosure have been swirling for quite some time now.
Back in November 2022, the reality TV personality took to her social media to address claims of her home making its way to a new owner for a just little over $200,000.
The 44-year-old said in a video:
“Okay, you guys, my house has not been sold for $257,000. If you guys think I would let my home, that we’ve put millions and millions of dollars into, go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, okay? For real.”
However, the latest update is that the property is supposedly scheduled to be auctioned off on March 7 by Truist Bank at the Fulton County Courthouse.
But… not so fast, Brielle and Ariana had to set the record straight on behalf of their parents. Allegedly, the 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom humble abode still belongs to the Biermann crew, and they aren’t going anywhere any time soon.
While out with her older sister, Brielle, when asked about the suspected loss, Ariana told the paparazzi:
“It’s crazy! It’s insane. Don’t believe everything you hear.”
She even added that “everything is still there” and (apparently) they are all currently in the residence, with no plans of leaving.
The Bravo beauty’s daughters (seemingly) didn’t want to say too much about the situation, as they mentioned that we’d all have to just wait and “see what happens March 7.”
According to Brielle, she also indicated that they’d already settled the matter last year and had just slept there the night before.
The interviewer then proceeded to mention the court documents, which recorded knowledge of the foreclosure.
Brielle replied,
“Yeah, [that’s] not what I’ve been told.”
In addition to the foreclosure frenzy, Zolciak-Biermann has just been ordered to pay American Express over $215,000 in debt.
Hopefully, all works out for the ‘Don’t Be Tardy’ phenomenon. If not, she just might find herself grabbing for a peach again… maybe.
