NeNe Leakes’ Son Was Sued For Over $4,000 In Unpaid Child Support Prior To Recent Drug Arrest

The son of “RHOA” alum NeNe Leakes was already in trouble with the law before his most recent arrest.

As we reported earlier this month, the reality TV star’s eldest child Bryson Bryant was detained by police on drug possession and loitering charges.

Now, a recent report from RadarOnline revealed that Bryson was hit with a lawsuit by his ex-girlfriend back in November of last year. The legal documents were reportedly filed by the Georgia Department of Human Services on behalf of Symone Davis. Bryson and Davis allegedly share a young daughter named Bria together, though the celebrity kid did previously dispute the paternity of the child.

According to the docs, Bryson was ordered to pay Davis $203 in monthly child support. However, he reportedly has been refusing to comply with the courts’ demands, and is now “in arrears totaling $4,357.” The suit reportedly read:

“Defendant is in arrears due to willful and continuous refusal to comply with the Order of this Court,”

The court requested that Bryson be jailed until he paid off the back payments. He was also required to submit copies of his monthly income. However, it’s reported he never responded to the suit. Unfortunately for Bryson, the law caught up with him anyway, as he is currently sitting behind bars for an unrelated reason.

Bryson made headlines after being arrested in Lawrenceville, GA for having the deadly fentanyl drug on him and lying to authorities. Additionally, Leakes’ son was not only dishonest about knowing the homeowners of the residence he was found at, but he also told police that he was his younger brother, Brentt Leakes.

Despite posting bond on the drug charge, Bryson found himself back behind bars almost immediately after police discovered he’d given them a false name and address. He is currently still in jail and has a court date reportedly set for later this month.
