Naomi Osaka – Fans Speculate Tennis Star Has Split From Boyfriend Cordae Following Vague Tweet: ‘Not That Man Made You A Baby Mama’

There might be another celebrity breakup on the horizon.

On Tuesday (Oct. 17) tennis star Naomi Osaka shared a post on X (formerly known as Twitter) that caused internet users to wonder if she’s single or not. She expressed,

“I just want someone that will watch the sunset with me.”

The simple post sparked a little commotion as many questioned why Naomi Osaka couldn’t watch the sunset with her boyfriend, rapper Cordae. One person wrote,

“Pls tell me Cordae ain’t fumble…”

Someone else said,

“I thought u had a partner. Wouldn’t the love of ur life besides ur kid be the person to share all your sunsets with?”

As you may recall, the 26-year-old welcomed her first child over the summer with Cordae, also 26. According to reports, the couple has been together since 2019 and prior to her hiatus from tennis, the “Doomsday” artist was spotted at many of Naomi Osaka’s matches. It’s unclear if there is trouble between the new parents, however, at this time, it doesn’t seem that Naomi Osaka is following her child’s father back on Instagram.

This isn’t the first time the love birds have faced breakup rumors. In 2022, Naomi’s posts led many to think they called it quits. In part, the Japanese professional athlete wrote,

“If a guy constantly has to tell you he’s a good guy there’s about 1000% chance he’s not.”

An insider, however, soon spoke out and said they were doing “better than ever.”
