Allegedly, Keisha passed away earlier this week following hospital stays over the past few months for intestinal problems. It’s reported that her death came after a years-long battle with anorexia. An insider shared with another publication,

“Keisha battled anorexia for years. And in 2014 she entered rehab in Chicago. Forrest stayed by her side during those difficult times, but the following year he filed for divorce.”
