Gypsy Rose Blanchard Reveals She & Her Husband Ryan Anderson Are ‘Going Through A Separation’: I Moved In w/ My Parents’
Gypsy Rose Blanchard has announced that she and her husband Ryan Anderson are no longer together.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard — who was notably released from jail on Dec. 28 after serving an eight-year sentence for her part in the plot to kill her mother with her now ex-boyfriend Nicholas “Nick” Godejohn — revealed the split via Facebook early Friday morning (March 29). She wrote in a since-deleted post,
“People have been asking what is going on in my life. Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou. I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find… who I am.”

As of publication, Ryan Anderson’s bio on Instagram still reads,
“My name is Ryan Anderson. I’m from Louisiana. I’m married to the most wonderful, most beautiful woman in the world, Gypsy Rose Blanchard…”

He most recently posted a photo of him and Gypsy Rose together earlier this month.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ryan Anderson tied the knot during her time behind bars in July 2022. In January, she swooned over Ryan Anderson and said,
“He’s just so genuine. He’s down to earth. He’s a big teddy bear. He’s so lovable. The one thing that most attracted me to him is the fact that he could make me laugh in any situation.”
She added,
“In previous relationships, I think the exes that I’ve had have maybe idealized me. Like, the image of me in their head was better than the me they got. I’m just a regular person, I’m just a human. I’m not perfect. I do make mistakes. I have flaws, but Ryan loves me in spite of those flaws.”
