Philadelphia Man Surrenders After Allegedly Ejaculating On Woman’s Leg During Dollar Tree Visit
Rest assured, the Dollar Tree menace has been caught.
Gary A. Miles, 35, of Southwest Philly, surrendered to Philadelphia authorities in connection with an indecent assault at a Dollar Tree store located at 56 E. Snyder Avenue on June 23, 2024.

The disturbing incident, partially captured on a video that recently went viral, depicted Gary Miles allegedly ejaculating on a woman’s leg inside the store, prompting widespread outrage and a community-led effort to locate the suspect.

The man can be seen running from the store before the woman shows what he did to her leg.

After the video circulated on the internet, showing the alleged victim screaming and chasing Gary Miles into the parking lot, Philadelphia Police announced Miles‘ voluntary surrender on July 10.
A police spokesperson thanked the public for their help in locating Miles, who is known to frequent the area where the incident occurred.
Among those who assisted police was Philadelphia native rapper Meek Mill, who offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to Miles‘ whereabouts:
“Let’s play manhunt with him today in Philly some community service …. I got 2 bands for his lo??? But you gotta connect.

Upon surrendering, Miles was booked on indecent assault, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment charges.
