TikToker Claims Hair Company CheetahBeauty Doxed Her Following Negative Review: ‘I’m Afraid To Go Home’

One hair company seemingly couldn’t handle an unhappy customer.

On Monday (July 29) rising TikToker darealcocochanel901 claimed that CheetahBeauty Hair purposely leaked her address online after she shared a negative review video about the company with her 71k followers. In her first video about the alleged doxing incident, she said,

“These people have exposed my address. These people have put my home address out here TikTok, my real address. …CheetahBeauty Hair, you done put my real address out here trying to get some views?”

As she became emotional the Memphis native continued,

“I’ve been in ATL filming. I’m not even in Memphis and you done exposed my home address? I’m going to get me a lawyer, I’ve never had no wig company to do this ya’ll. They’re not supposed to expose ya’ll address on the internet.”

In a second video, the TikToker, who is a cast member on the NowThatsTv series Zodiac House, couldn’t hold back tears as she said,

“I am afraid to go home. These people done posted my full address on TikTok. They know I’m on TV. They know I have a lot of crazy fans that are out to get me…they don’t know if I have an elderly [person] at my house or what! These people done posted my home address got me scared to go home! I don’t want to go home. …They have exposed my rights as a customer and eveything!”

It seems like the drama unfolded after the influencer posted videos exposing CheetahBeauty Hair for charging her “$270 plus tax” for a wig, but allegedly sent her the wrong item. She said she paid for a “34-inch body wave” wig that was “thick” and “full.” However, what arrived at her home was a “dry 18-inch, deep wave, dusty rusted” wig. Despite her reaching out to the company with proof, the TikToker said her claims were not believed and the company would not give her a refund.

CheetahBeauty Hair’s comment section on TikTok has been flooded with people demanding answers over the allegedly leaked address. Responding to one, the company denied the claim and said,

“Dear,that’s not truth of the matter, we’ve submitted the evidence to PayPal, and the truth will come out”
