In a series of tweets, Tamar Braxton expressed feeling overwhelmed and disheartened, hinting at difficulties in her personal life:
“JR means the world to me… thank God for him… my husband and my children has saved my life!!!! But, I’m so mad at my life… my family is TOXIC!!! I should have NEVER went back to BFV!! NEVER!!!”
As Tamar Braxton expressed regret over returning to her family’s reality show, she also raised questions about her marital status.

Jeremy “JR” Robinson and Tamar Braxton
While she calls Jeremy “JR” Robinson her husband, it remains unclear whether they are legally married, as the couple got engaged on the March 2023 season finale of Queen’s Court.
In a second tweet, Tamar said,
“Y’all I’m going through it. I’m single and sad and this TV s*** is a lot.”
She continued,
“Y’all have NO idea!!! NONE!!! The gas lighting is CRAZY!!! And I’m going back into treatment!!!! Omg I just pray that my marriage can be saved and my life can be spared. My family is AWFUL!!!”

Tamar then deleted her X and Instagram profiles.

Meanwhile, Tamar’s sister, Towanda Braxton, recently shared a quote on her Instagram Story suggesting that those who are the “loudest” often haven’t evolved.

The outburst has left fans speculating about what sparked her rant, especially given Braxton’s recent return to reality TV with her family on the new series The Braxtons.

The show’s premiere episode, which aired on Aug. 9, focused on Toni Braxton’s serious health scare as she revealed she had a near-heart attack and expressed her belief that her late sister, Traci Braxton, was watching over her.
It’s unclear what specifically triggered Tamar’s latest tweets; however, fans can catch the family drama on their reality series The Braxtons, airing Fridays at 9:30 PM EST on WEtv.
