Usher Sparks Debate As Public Reacts To Singer Possibly Using A Body Double During His Tour
Looks like some fans of Usher think he tried to pull a fast one on them.
Internet users have been calling out the R&B vet recently, accusing him of using a body double at one point during his current tour.

Discussion about the matter started when a social media user posted an eyebrow-raising video allegedly taken at Usher’s Past Present Future tour stop in D.C. last week. In the short clip, the singer appears to look like himself on stage but sounds noticeably different while performing his hit single “Yeah!”, prompting many to question whether the individual seen is actually Usher.
@yuh.master that yea was a LIL too girlly?? #usher #pastpresentfuture #usherconcert #usherconfessions #ushertour2024 #usherdance @Usher Raymond #capitalonearenadc #concerts #influencer
Reacting to the video, some commenters shared their belief that the Grammy Award winner used a body double, likely to have more rest periods throughout the lengthy concert. As previously reported, Usher was initially set to kick off the set of performances in Atlanta but announced he was postponing several dates after sustaining a neck injury during rehearsals.

Other commenters, namely those who attended Usher’s concerts in Washington, however, were adamant that they got the real deal. Some argued that the video may not be from the actual concert at all. One user even shared their own video of the singer performing the same song in the same outfit, and from their angle, it’s clear as day that it’s Usher hitting the stage.
