Diddy’s Accused of Forcing Women To Have ‘Freakoffs’ In Unsealed Indictment + Authorities Seized 1,000 Bottles Of Baby Oil & Lubricant During Raids On His Homes In March
Diddy’s bombshell 14-page indictment has been unsealed. And it accuses him of heinous crimes.
Diddy was arrested for sex trafficking and racketeering on Monday, Sept. 18.
In the court documents that began circulating on Tuesday, Sept. 17, The U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York alleged that he “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”
He’s accused of using his staff, money and influence to build his “business empire” and ultimately a “criminal enterprise” where he took part in “sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”
He allegedly coerced women into having intercourse with male sex workers and often physically, verbally and sexually abused his victims, per the filing.
“On numerous occasions from at least in or about 2009 and continuing for years, Combs assaulted women by, among other things, striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at, and kicking them.”
The indictment references the disturbing 2016 footage of Diddy physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie at a hotel.
It went on to say that he lured women in under the pretense of a relationship and forced them to engage in “freakoffs” using physical and sexual violence. The “freakoffs” are described as “elaborate and produced sex performances” that Diddy allegedly “arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded.”
Diddy’s staff often booked hotel rooms and stocked them “in advance” with drugs, baby oil, lubricant, sheets, and lighting.
Referencing the raid on Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami in March, the indictment said authorities found firearms, ammunition, three AR-15s “with defaced serial numbers” and a drum magazine. One thousand bottles of baby oil and lubricant were also seized.
During a press conference, U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said that they are “not done” and the investigation ins ongoing. He urged those with any additional information to come forward.
