Diddy Allegedly Believes There Was An ‘Agenda’ Behind The Timing Of Leaked Cassie Assault Video, Insiders Say
It appears Diddy is suspicious about the timing of when video footage showing him attacking his ex girlfriend Cassie was released.
A source close to the billionaire reportedly stated that he thinks the disturbing hotel clip is an “agenda” driven “distraction”, and is upset about the way it was shared to the public.

Reportedly, the insider claimed that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54, is highly frustrated by the raid of his homes back in March, as well as the surveillance footage depicting him kicking, dragging, and throwing things at then-partner Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura, 37. The source stated:
“He’s incensed…Especially about the video. He insists it doesn’t tell the full story about what happened. Not that he’s excusing it, but he says that it’s a selected video.”

They added:
“It’s his position that there was an agenda in releasing the video when it was released…But ultimately, he knows that his big concern is the raids on his house; the Cassie video is just a distraction.”
As we’ve been covering, Diddy’s personal and professional life has been the target of much scrutiny since Cassie filed her bombshell sexual assault, abuse, and trafficking lawsuit against him last year. Since settling the matter with his ex in a record 24 hours, Diddy has been hit with at least 5 other complaints accusing him similar crimes. The most famous of his current suits, arguably coming from producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones, who’s legal complaint ultimately led to the raids on the hip-hop veteran’s LA and Miami residences.

Diddy has mostly maintained his innocence, arguing that people are only looking to get a payday out of him. Following years of him reportedly denying the “Me & U” singers claims of abuse, however, Diddy did upload an apology video, stating:
“I was f**ked up. I mean, I hit rock bottom. But I make no excuses. My behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it, I’m disgusted now”
While the exes are reportedly legally barred from saying each other’s name in public, Cassie has also since spoken out since the video surfaced. In an Instagram post, the model thanked supporters for the outpour of love and condemned domestic violence, writing:
“Domestic Violence is THE issue. It broke me down to someone I never thought I would become. With a lot of hard work, I am better today, but I will always be recovering from my past.”

Diddy has not been formally charged with anything, and his other lawsuits are still ongoing at this time.
