Jodeci’s Devante Swing Accused Of ‘Prostituting’ One Of Diddy’s Alleged Victims In Amended Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Jodeci’s DeVante Swing was recently added to one of Diddy’s ongoing sexual assault lawsuits.

As we’ve previously covered, a woman named Liza Gardner filed a civil suit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and singer Aaron Hall back in 2023, accusing the men of pumping her and a friend with drugs and alcohol before taking turns sexually assaulting them back in the 1990s.

In a recent amendment made to the suit, Gardner claims DeVante Swing, who worked closely with Diddy at the time, was the one who set her up to be abused in the first place and was present during the assault but did not intervene.

An excerpt from the revised court document, obtained by Rolling Stone, reportedly states:

“Unbeknownst to Ms. Gardner at the time…Defendant Swing was in the room when this assault took place and did not take any steps to prevent this abuse from occurring.”

The other woman who was allegedly assaulted by Diddy and Hall added that Swing was

“leaning against the wall or furniture or something, watching whatever Puffy was doing to Liza.”

Gardner also alleged that Swing was acting as her “co-guardian” at the time, as she was 16 when the incident happened and he was 21.

She claims that he:

“had a duty to protect the child as her parents entrusted him with her safety.”

The plaintiff says that rather than keeping her safe, Swing is guilty of

“providing a child with alcohol, and marijuana and prostituting the child to his A&R Combs.”

The report notes that it does not appear Swing has responded to the suit at this time as he’s currently on a European tour with Jodeci.
