Greg Mathis Jr. and Elliott Cooper are now married!
The couple exchanged vows on October 21 at the Waldorf Astoria in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in an intimate ceremony officiated by their fathers—Judge Greg Mathis Sr. and Sergeant Calvin Cooper.
In their interview with PEOPLE, they revealed their desire for the wedding to “feel like a family trip,” inviting just 15 close relatives to join the celebration.
The ceremony reflected a “casual, but elevated beach” theme, featured a live performance of Luther Vandross’ “Here and Now,” and afterward, guests enjoyed a delightful seafood feast.
Looking ahead, the newlyweds expressed their excitement about settling into their new home in Los Angeles and hope to start a family soon.
